All of these sessions are carefully designed to allow both you and your dog to get the most benefit and enjoyment from training.

 

Introduction to Nose Work – train your very own sniffer dog! Inspired by working detection dogs, Nose Work is the fun search and scenting activity for virtually all dogs and people. Dogs ‘see’ the world through their noses; for a dog nothing else compares to using their nose, as it is what they are hard-wired to do. This easy to learn activity and sport builds confidence and focus in many dogs, and provides a safe way to keep dogs fit and healthy through mental and physical exercise.

 

Intermediate Nose Work – progress on to more challenging exercises, learning to incorporate nose work into your everyday life. How often have you wanted your dog to find your keys or phone for you?

 

Click a Trick – A favourite with the kids. Using a clicker we can quickly teach you the most effective way to teach tricks. Previous client’s tasks have included:

• Picking up their own dog toys and putting them away

• Fetching snacks from the kitchen

• Play dead

• Jumping through hoops

• Doggy dancing (heelwork to music)

• Opening and closing doors

• Skateboarding

• Turning light switches on/off

• Pressing buttons for lifts/pelican crossings

Training sessions are charged at the basic training rate of £70.00 per hour.

​

A travel cost of £0.45 per mile will also be charged.
